The MR thing makes sense to me. It's to make it difficult to use this powerful buff on powerful troops, or in particular on SCs. You can do it, but only with some effort. Otherwise it might be overpowered.

Yes, though doing so requires editing the mod file:

you have to open Holy War Divine.dm with a text editor, then search for the following text:

-selectnation 32
after that line,there is a series of lines called -addrecunit and -addreccom, and as a last line, -end.

You have to change all the "-" at the start of the lines between -selectnation and -end(including those 2!) with "#".

After that, just create a new game playing as MA Marignon: instead of their usual units, they will have all the units and commanders added by the mod.

Remember to either undo the changes or do it on a second copy of the actual mod(I suggest the latter), or all games with MA Marignon will use that recruit option

If you have any problems, or it sounds too complicated, say it and I'll upload a modified version for you( it would probably have been faster to just do that, but oh well )
