Re: 10 player hosted middle era slower game
yep. someone jumped the gun and uploaded a 3.06 file.
Does everyone agree on upgrading to 3.06 after the current turn? I can just delete the offending file(s) for the current turn.

Re: 10 player hosted middle era slower game
I have patched already, but only after playing my turn. I suppose it won't hurt to connect to the game to see if the turn has been hosted already, as long as I don't play, or will it?

you can always log in and not write in the password, you will be told that it was incorrect then it will show the window "played and not played" (and no file is uploaded).

Server problems
Can't connect to server to upload my turn.
Someones probably used 3.06 to do there turn and crashed the server again.
I love new patches but they cause utter chaos with MP games.

Re: Server problems
We'll get through it.
For the record, if you installed the new patch, don't log into the server until our host gives the GREEN LIGHT.

Re: Server problems
I just tested the new patch on the linux server. I dont seem to have the problems some other people have had.
Looks like most people would like to patch so the next turn will be set to 3.06
I turned off quickhost and I will run the next turn manually then upgrade to 3.06. After the remaining people upload thier 3.04 turn, it will be about 7pm EST on friday that the new turn will be generated.
