Re: Forge of Godhood - started
normally a person feels that the turns an enemy wastes destorying the walls of a fort justify letting them have that fort?
you have a nation with a very very high rate of freespawn especially so compared to goldrate 50%
you can probably 1turn anyone's forts walls, eh?

Dunno, I haven't actually put a fort under siege in this game so far

They're useful for keeping flying pests out of your lands that's for certain but less useful on the offensive, unless you want to take the risk
But immortal Pretenders are no good if you start on the coast, which sees 40% of your dominion going straight into the water And I've watched Jaws far too many times to be fooled into thinking it's safe to go for a swim any time soon!

Re: Forge of Godhood - started
I sure do feel like the rabbit in "Monthy Python and the Holy Grail". All I get to hear is "RUNAWAAAYYYYY!" and all I get to see is the panic struck bottoms of enemy soldiers running to the next province. You know, I wouldn't actually mind a battle at times, you have no idea how much skinny naked women seem to be able to eat in any given turn
I wonder where the holy handgrenade of Antioch is... I hope it is found by somebody who do not know how to count to three...

Re: Forge of Godhood - started
Who is the nasty bastard that put their hands on the fair Pangaea? Confess now so that I don't have to go all bananas when I get home and get to see the turn!

Re: Forge of Godhood - started
Ok, so it was Van who finally began to fight back, and an indy water druid saw it fit to attack too. Quite acceptable losses, even though I love each and every one of my maenads.
Oh, and Ashdod tried a backstabb too, but to be honest, it was quite a pathetic attempt... I seriously suggest a bacstabb to be tried with something else in addition to a dozen or so slingers. Instead of a backstabb it was really only pat on the shoulder. You do *not* want to give the target a heads up, you want to hit their back so hard they can't find their nose anymore.
