Ah, I see, what he really wants is an ETA in the Middle East situation. I hear Biden is there right now doing what he can to move things along. But I still can't give you an ETA on when Peace in the World will break out, but I can guess - 3047?
Otherwise, I apologize for the fact that we are all too dumb to be more accurate. Unfortunately, the intemperate nature of certain segments of humanity make such estimates difficult to come by...

No, he wants an ETA on the situation of this thread in order to know when it will be closed.

I speak punctuation. He said that he's in great pain and he wants to know if you can help him.

It helps to be a little more clear. And yes, llamabeast runs a nice service for us all, and he does it all for free. If everything isn't instantly updated it's best just to take a deep breath and enjoy the beautiful springtime weather (if you're in a part of the world that's having it).

Re: Can we get an ETA on this situation?
OK so lets clarify. Apparently:
"Can we get an ETA on this situation?
???"
Translates as....
Please LLamabeast, can I get an Estimated Time of Arrival on a fix for my game on your server?"
But we still dont seem to know what game he means.
And, now that we know its a game on the LLama server...
A) is this a problem with email? Receiving? sending?
B) have you updated your copy of Dom3 with the latest just-released patch yet?
C) have you contacted the person running the game you are in?
D) have you contacted LLamaBeast?
E) since you didnt put LLamaBeast, or LLamaServer, or the name of the game into the title of your thread, why did you think LLama would see it and answer? Which is back to why I thought you meant it as a comment in another thread where this all might have been much clearer right away.

Lay off him! "???" is a perfectly appropriate question. After all it's what we're all asking ourselves every day isn't it?
Respect FFS.

Re: Can we get an ETA on this situation?
I 'think' what would be more appropriate is to find out for sure what we all are supposed to do in preparation for the games to start agian.
I for one am not quite clear if we all have to update NOW (I do have it D/L to desktop just in case), or wait until someone says 'GO'.
I am admin in 3 games and I honestly don't know what to tell everyone, and when dealing with 30 players I fear it (sigh) will be a week long discussion.
As far as Ghoul goes, I think he was just wondering as I am, but I think it came off to some as jumping llama and then reacting to a few people. I would just tell him to also take a deep breath. and when someone gets a definitive answer it will be like 'The shot heard round the world'. (my apologies to our British cousins)

GB, the answer is it does not matter for the current turn you are suhmitting; you can patch or not patch. However, once Llamaserver hosts you will have to patch before the next turn is submitted.
