Re: Mod request
I think you mean "Gate Cleaving UBER Trident of Heart-Finding Quickness"?

Re: Mod request
Okay, so how about:
50% to all resistances
Quickness of course
Curse luck
Lifedrain
AP (surely AN is too much)
I think I would want one of them.

Re: Mod request
One interesting ability to consider would be immortality. That'd be REALLY good power - but you'd be vulnerable in the Arena.

Re: Mod request
Is it possible to grant immortality through an item? I wouldn't have thought so.

Re: Mod request
Granting the power should work fine, but the fact that you lose the item when dying would be troublesome. I hadn't considered that, and thus the suggestion wouldn't work as I imagined. Any way, Elixir of Life basically does this.

Re: Mod request
That might take the edge off knowing you'll have to go into the next arena battle knowing that your opponents might well have been kitted out with the champion's death in mind.

Re: Mod request
Well the elixir of life's property would be sufficient. The trident is so powerful that its magic can be drained to save the wielder's life. This would also take the edge off it's cursedness: If you really wanted to get rid of it, you could just go and die somehow.
But I thought it wasn't possible to add properties like that to an item by modding?

Re: Mod request
It isn't, at least yet. But there's always hope...
we can add anything the weapon modding commands allow for.

Re: Mod request
I think the arena weapon should have some candy for mages aswell.
Reinvigoration, +1 all magic paths (such as in the ring of sorcery or something like it) Maybe even +2?
That'd make everyone want it, and those fights would really mean alot, and ppl would send their best to the fights.
How could we get AI to send in better combatants? Im a SP gamer..
