Re: Will Dom3 be sold at retail outlets?
I personally find retail game stores very frustrating, the shop assistants rarely know very much about anything. They are all turning into console game shops for kids and PC games are being relegated to a darker and darker corner of the shop. And buying over the internet is sooo easy and handy - Amazon is a huge success for a reason.

Hm odd....the retail game store here, where I am buying games is excellent with cool assistants. The shop is "splitted up" between consoles/PC. So basically you won't meet with any people in the PC shop who plans to buy console games.

Re: Will Dom3 be sold at retail outlets?
Hmm, I wonder if I could ask one store where I worked to order the game for me there.

I don't think you'll save any money in that way.

Yeah, but I don't have a credit card and I can't get one either. For years.
So I will have to find some other way to get the game.

Years? In plural? Strange.
DataClub in Finland used to sell both Dominions games, but I see that they now cost 5 and 10 € and that DomII is "out of print". I quess that means they want to get rid of them.

You need a "regular job" to qualify for a credit card. With two years of school and the army left I have a lot of waiting to do untill I can get a credit card.

Not really strange, but it does annoy me a bit. I can see the reasoning and all...but...ugh, not being able to order stuff from web stores =

I got a Visa Electron some time ago, and it's a credit card, but a whole lot more limited than most credit cards. Only allows online orders from those shops verified with "Verified by Visa", which is independent and doesn't come with the usual verification agencies' services. No Shrapnel store, no Amazon, not even most Finnish stores.
In other words, I share your pain.
