Perhaps you might want to look into decent browsers that do not allow such crap, like Mozilla Firefox.

It can still happen with Firefox if you have the Flash plugin installed. Solution: don't use flash

If you have AdBlock running, it can catch stuff like that... worst case you just have to block it.
