The weather is getting very hot outside of the ocean. Don't you think it would be a wonderful thing if all the lands were covered by water and everyone live peacefully in the coldness of the ocean?

You'll be surprised how time-consuming it can be. You want to get just the right amount breaking a siege

Very true, although I sometimes find that massive overkill is a viable alternative.
