No i think the good form is to warn other when you can't play.
Since you were not able to post here to let us know what was happening you shouldn't be able either to answer PM, so i don't see the point.
Beside, your nation is getting eaten and unfortunately it's quite common to see people vanishing in such situation.
Send me your mail by pm i will set it back.

Re: Dreadful fates II - (Running)
PM sent.
The point is that I frequently check my email to look for turns and PMs, and I infrequently check the forums of the various games that I play.
Besides I thought it was you that was being eaten
Is the server working again? I have been asking for a resend for a couple of days.

Re: Dreadful fates II - (Running)
Since nobody has played his turn ~6h before the deadline i switched the game to 72h. I think nobody will complain (you can though)

Well well well.

Re: Dreadful fates II - (Running)
Why, why did I think it was a good idea to cast phoenix pyre in a communion?
Oh well. Good game, Bullock. I'm surprised you didn't cover the world in unholy darkness. Maybe next time.

Yeah, it's been an interesting experience subbing in for Ulm. I never would have gone the route the original player sent them on, but it's actually worked out pretty well.
And it's the first time I've played MP with Ashen Ermor. Wow, going on the offensive against them is real trench warfare, what with all the hordes, forts, starvation, etc.. It's been fun! Thanks for the experience!
