I sent him a PM. I'll post a request on both boards tonight for a sub. My vote though is we keeping playing and not delay since he is not at war and is still recovering from being invaded earlier.

Everyone: OSSA would like to sub for Lanka. Ossa has already played C'Tis and Abysia. I wanted to make sure everyone was ok with him taking over a third nation. I'm ok with it. If I don't hear any objections by tomorrow mid-day I'll make the switch.
