Elli - Early Era - Open

Settings as described in first post- hotfix mod may be included if any affected nations are selected.

I don't think that will be the case in the early age, but I could be wrong.

Whatever it is, its all okay. If like twice the people clamor to join, I'll just start early and spawn a spinoff game for you. If about eight people show up, I'll wait. But right now, its looking for a slow start. So it's not problem whatsoever.

It gives me more time to experiment with Fomoria, and possibly blitz em.

I have a question - why a 30 hour quickhost rather than a 24 hour host? That timing seems strange.
