The Best U.S. OPFOR Equipment Data not from JANE's
I came across the last three of the five just this morning they cover U.S. OPFOR Land, Air and Sea assets as of 2011. I hope this will be of use to all you game designers and such and to those that just wish to research this type of equipment. The data for any type equipment discussed covers everything to weapon configurations, ammo types used with ranges and pen etc. etc. First two are old standbys from the early nineties. So you have full coverage from the start of the Cold War to the Present concerning OPFOR (Which includes our allied equipment as well.) so I hope you'll browse and enjoy. These are the complete publications. Last three are PDF so be patient!!

Re: The Best U.S. OPFOR Equipment Data not from JANE's
This I feel is the best place for this info in this case what are the weapons criteria for inclusion into the SIPRI database. It should be made clear that though they have other options much like JANE's does on equipment, ALL weapons sales/gifts and transfers have to be reported by international law and UN members states by binding regulations and other treaties. I will be doing a review down the road for updates to the items of the first post and similar. You have to keep the "tools in the shed sharp at all times" if you want to do the job right. And knowing how to use those tools is just as important and why this is here. Why my head hasn't exploded yet I don't know!

Pat

Re: The Best U.S. OPFOR Equipment Data not from JANE's
Not for the faint of heart with ref. 1 though, however your OPFOR forces will be really organized at least from 1999 + and - a few years.
