Default Do You actually Deliver games you took money for?

I've enjoyed the free version SP WW2 for years (thank you) and decided I wanted the full CD version. So I bought it from the Gamersfront. Now I'm sans $43.90 (in dispute with the Credit Card Company BTW) and no game. I tried to contact GamersFront but no reply. Truth be known, I'd rather have the full game capability than the money. I suspect you can look at my profile and find my E-mail if you'd like to straighten this out.

Very Respectfully,

We responded to your support request. The link to download the game was sent 1 second after the order was placed.

I received only one E-mail from you on July 26th that was the receipt I forward to The Gamers Front CS. I never received any with a link to download the game and I just rechecked my Spam Filter to be sure it didn't go there.

So based on the E-mail I just got I'm assuming you've decided to refund the money, rather than send me a link to the game (which was really the point of this to get the game). Thank you for the refund and your attention to this matter.

Very Respectfully,

Once you stated that you disputed the charge we are required by our agreement with the card processor to refund your money. We sent you two links to download the game. Did you give us your correct email address? If so, then there is a problem. I doubt it is on our end as we send out links all day long, if we had a problem we would receive many support tickets similar to the one you sent. But this is not the case.

Sorry for your troubles. But you will get better service from customer support rather than posts in the forums.
