are the notes a special modifier of the gun?.
like some guns have AAA and can shoot to air targets.
another says AUTOCANNON what does that mean?.
thanks you for your answers from Panama.

The technical details are found in the
Mobhack help. That is where the "nuts and bolts" stuff is described, not in the main Game Guide. The Game Guide
does have the release notes for each edition, which often provides details of new game rules. See "Release History" link, each one is listed in latest-first order. Scroll down to read them all.
The notes by weapons are to draw attention to specialist classes.
AAA - weapon class 4 anti-aircraft gun, fires at all altitudes, if suppressed may not fire
AUTOCANNON - acts as an AAA gun (WC 4) on low flying (helicopter) targets, however is
not unable to fire if buttoned.
DC-HEAT, DC-ATGM - dual or multiple charged HEAT ammo, more effective on ERA equipped targets.
T/A HEAT, T/A ATGM - top attack missiles and shells. greater chance of attacking the thinner top armour rather than the sides.
HESH - any HEAT ammo for this gun is HESH(HEP) - see the appropriate game release note for when HESH was introduced for details.
SAM - weapon is a missile that shoots at aircraft.
MBT-LAW - weapons such as the MBT LAW (only such weapon in service currently) which are inertially aimed but not actually guided as such - top attack on armour. Quite accurate if the firer has not moved this turn.
ATGM - an anti-tank guided missile.
However, a reading of the Mobhack help file
Weapons Tab section is what you probably should be doing - especially the box under the Weapon Class paragraph.
