Download part of hardcopy purchase?

I asked this question of the Customer Service section about two weeks ago and have had no reply, thinking you guys might know the answer.

If I purchase the hardcopy version of winSPWW2 does that also allow me to download a copy of the expanded version or must I wait for the package to arrive in the mail? I know with Matrix a hardcopy purchase enables an immediate download, but Shrapnel doesn't address this as far as I can tell.

Hi Akmatov,

I was wondering the same thing when I bought the physical CD version, and I don't think it is possible. You just have to stick to the freeversion for the time being
