Fata Morgana

Anyone know the exact numbers for Fata Morgana? You get more income, less unrest, and a bunch of probably worthless phantasmal warriors. But how much more income and how much less unrest? Like Second Sun, CBM has dropped its price and requirements, and it might actually be worth casting now. Strong air nations like Alt 6 anyway because of false horrors. Maybe a blood nation (Lanka?) might want it to be able to stick another hunter per province. Anyone have any numbers?

Not me, but I would be interested to see them on the wiki. But numbers are hard to verify.
