Default Strange reports about units in provinces

In a multiplayer game (MorlaMANoob) I get strange reports.
Computer gives me reports about my own provinces as if they were enemy provinces.
So for example I get about my own province:
The province contains about 10 units. The army consists of mainly longbowmen. The army appears to be commanded by Riannon, the Mother of Avalon. The local defense of the province seems to be quite well organized.

Is this a known bug? Does it go away next turn?
Everything else seems to work fine, but I am afraid this could lead to more trouble during hosting or later.

I've seen that occasionally, it doesn't seem to cause any problems. I see it more often in single player but it does seem to pop up in multiplayer sometimes.

That's a bug, but nobody knows what causes it. It might help if someone saved the turn file when it occurs and sent it to Illwinter (needs to list the mods that are active) for analysis.
