Vision question for tank

Sh'ot Meteor, Israeli tank, June 1967. It is from what I understand based on the Centurion MK6. Which at least for the UK OOB has a vision of 10. The Israeli version has vision of 0. Is it supposed to be that low?

It is an upgraded Cent Mk 5, and that has no vision either (in the UK OOB or ISR).

ISR Cents do not get night vision till post the Y/K war. Lack of N/F gear was a problem for them in that war AFAIR.

Oh, I thought it was on the MK6. Weird. Ok, thank you, that solves it.
