Shell holes and damage terrain .shp file

Hello all

I am tryng to locate the .shp file which contains the graphics for the artillery shell holes and damaged buildings graphics but I've been unable to find it.

I've been searching with ShpEd and checking the "Terrain" list inside "Design" folder, but not success at all.

Please may someone help me.

Thank god in heaven (if either exist..), but the shell hole graphics are not terrain SHPs. They are located in Icon0014.shp.
