Old scenarios - new engine
Hello all. Does anyone know an easy way of playing the orders/map section of old scenarios when playing these in the new engine ? For example, playing a scenario from Raging Tiger in BGC ?

The simplest way is to install BGC OVER Raging Tiger. Then, use the "Single Mission" option from the opening menu to select the Raging Tiger scenario you want.

Re: Old scenarios - new engine
Gave it a go on the Raging Tiger scenario 'DMZ Sweep II'. The scrolling of the text up the screen is really slow and the 'continue' button does not work - any ideas ?

Do you have the same problem if you play the game in "Windowed" mode?

Yes, it does and the continue button doesn't work still.

Re: Old scenarios - new engine
So are you able to skip the OPORD using the "OK" button and still play the game or does this problem stop you from continuing to the scenario?

Re: Old scenarios - new engine
I can play the scenarios OK, it's just the OPORDS that don't play. I was hoping I could ditch the old programs and just use the new one.

Well, all of the OPORDs are HTML. You can always open them in a browser. Just go to the "Data" folder in the game install directory.

Re: Old scenarios - new engine
That works great. For anyone else doing this, if you want to keep the tutorial as well from each program then make sure you rename the tutorial directory before installing the next one.
