Ghost Riders and such

Do Ghost Riders say who cast the spell when it takes clears a province?

Btw, Does soulstone or call of the wild announce the caster also?

Ghost riders are 'Special Monster' type, so they do not display identity of caster.

Call of the Wild or Soulstone of the Wolf display caster's identity.
