Multiple Luck Items
If a Leader has two luck items (ex: Pendant of Luck and Lucky Coin shield) does he get two chances (50% each) of not being hit with an otherwise successful attack? (ie. does 'Luck' accumulate?)

Re: Multiple Luck Items
I'm fairly certain the answers no, but I've never actually thought to test it before.

Re: Multiple Luck Items
The commander either is lucky, or not. Since it's an on/off thing, no, it doesn't.

Re: Multiple Luck Items
Thanks for the quick reply.
(Now I don't have to forge a lot of Lucky Coin shields.)

Re: Multiple Luck Items
Well actually Lucky Coin shields instead of Pendant of Luck free you up a misc slot for other useful misc things... But of course what is more useful depends on the build you have in mind

Re: Multiple Luck Items
As a general rule, benefits do not stack from multiples of the same item but do from using different items with the same benefit.
However, in most of those cases, the little icon that shows the benefit is on your leader will show you a number when you hover over it or sometimes by clicking it for more info. Such as how MUCH stealth you have or how MUCH resistance or how good you can see in the dark. Since Luck seems to be only on or off, with no number rating, then Im guessing there is no buildup capability with that unless Kristoffer or Johan say differently.
By the way, anyone who hasnt. You should really spend time hovering on or clicking all of the things that show when you are viewing a commanders info. There is a wealth of more information available. Click on Hit Points, Leadership, Fatigue, morale, and any of the picture icons on that unit. (and if you plan to get into mapping or modding then be sure to try hitting Shift-I also)

Yes, Luck is a flag that does not have a value attributed to it. Either you have it, or you don't. I think the game manual refers to those as "abilities", although that might be a little misleading because they're more like "attributes".
