Possible mistake.

I was looking in the 12 oob us and i notice that all the mlr system in the us oob have a minimal range of 60, i checked in the german and usmc oob but theirs don't have a minimal range, is this a mistake or design dasicion?

Both may be incorrect but the USA OOB seems to be more correct. It appears there should be a minimum range. I'm trying to find sources to agree on what that is
