I saw it used a little while ago in a CBM mod nations game. In cbm BoC is much lower research level. It made a hell of a mess of Sanguinia's demonic cavalry and was well worth it there. It seems to do aoe 1 an damage to demons, no mr check either possibly.

But at construction 8,... eh,...
