Default Mapmaker problem, I think.

I have been playing around with SE4Gold and the SE4GMap trying out different maps and also editing the Settings.txt file to get more systems in the quadrents and have found some very intresting problems. Number 1: Making a Grid map with just 118 systems in the Mapmaker and then turning on the system name checkbox there are many systems with names on top of names, in other words two or more systems in the same spot on the map, not good. Number 2: I was starting a new game of 4Gold and chose a grid system to play. I was just starting the game, first turn, I use ancient race racial trait so I can see all the systems. I was using the quadrent map on the bottom right to look at the systems that my system connects to by warp point. I click on what should be the next door system and it is not the right one. I right clicked on the quadrent map and did a find system and it shows me the system I was looking for where I thought it should be, and it has a warp point back to my system. What happened was this I was in a shadow system underneath the top layer system, system on top of system. I could play this way but it is very frustrating though actually a very neat concept, kind of a 3D quadrent with depth to it.
Any one else notice this?
