Probably should have just PMed... the default hotkeys in demo and retail SE5 should be the more sensible ones. You can configure them in Menu > Controls. There is a "default" button to reset them.

Though, drop/load cargo are pretty weird, and what's with that redundant "transfer units" order poaching the "l" hotkey?
