Shroud of the Saint makes a unit sacred with the pretender bonuses, but does it also reduce the upkeep of the unit?

I think with "pretender bonuses" you meant the bless effect, not theboni pretenders get (increased hp, att, str, etc in positive dominion).
Other than nitpicking, I have little to say. Being Blessed isn't enough (unit ought to be sacred), so Shroud doesn't affect upkeep.
