I want to know if is possible to set something like a "waypoint" for a unit, of way that the unit in every turn automatically go to the waypoint

No,sorry, you cannot. Waypoints are for "platoon" sized formations only. That is, you cannot move an entire company with one waypoint, you need to set each platoon sized formation with it's own waypoint. If you had a one unit "platoon" you could do what you want to do though. You can do that with some platoons by transfering the x1 x2 x3 etc units to other HQ leaving the x0 by itself
