Re: Aaron Hall\'s Dungeon Odyssey
Here is a working terraindescription for a lightswitch for those dark dungeon-levels. (in this case a torch that can be lit or unlit by rightclicking the terain in-game, simmilar to opening a door) The zip has the two images used by the terrain_file (these should go into the XX\pictures\terrain directory) and the description of the unlit and lit torch, (torches_terrain.txt) that Last file should be copy-pasted into the terrain-file that should use the torches..)
1052344011.zip
When changing the terrains ID you should make sure that the "next terrain action ID 1" refers to the correct new ID #.
Feel free to use/modify this for any module, and have fun!
Henk

I'm sorry, the file uploading system changed the name of the file, you can downlaod it here in .zip with the .txt file wich has the right name.

Re: Aaron Hall\'s Dungeon Odyssey
Pets healing, it's finaly here ! simply add to file to any module to make pets slowly heal themselves.
1054122567.txt
Add this file to \dungeonodyssey\modulename\data\
And I think you dont even need to start a new game to take advantage of pets healing.
Bring any modification to it and add it to any module. Also if you think they heal too fast or too slow, you can tell me and i will arrange it.
If you think it's like cheating you can give me your opinion.

Well, I was creative, and made some Monster images for DO. Most of them, are edits of some of the original monsters, but the 2 Spider People, and the Swarm images, are completely my own. Wellokay, the Spider person was a mish mash of original images, but Its so different, it realy isint a edit.
I hope to get more Monster images out later.

Re: Aaron Hall\'s Dungeon Odyssey
spell/skillmod
instructions:
Put the spell.txt file in the data folder of the module that should use it (DON'T FORGET TO BACKUP THE OLD FILE)
changes:
*Spellsystem changed to prevent abuse of the infamous "spell effect stacking bug"
-spells/skills like barkskin and berserk, that increase stats of the caster are automatically activated, and can no longer be cast (to prevent multicasting and bonus stacking) affected spells:
Barkskin, Berserk, Cleansing Armor, Cloack of Darkness, Cold Enchant, Deadly Precision, Fire Armor, Fire Enchant, Giant Strength, Ice Armor, Lightning Armor, Lightning Enchant, Magic Armor, Magic Shield, Nature's bounty, Rage, and Vigor.
-The lightspell will still stack, but it's casting cost has been increased, while casting lightspell at a higher level has been made more effective.

Re: Aaron Hall\'s Dungeon Odyssey
Some new pictures. No scary monsters this time, mainly some normal towns people that should be usefull for use as NPCs.
