Except of the "fleet text bug" I encountered none of these bugs in my races.

The other errors I got were about the fleet settings, such as Optimal Weapons range must be Optimal firing range, and Maximum Firing Range must be Maximum Weapons Range.
There was also a problem with a race useing Column as their default fleet strategy when column did not exist.
