Happiness racial characteristics in v1.27
I'm wandering how happiness racial charistics affect pop. happiness in game.Does it work like repair (repair percent * number of comp. repaired, for example 50% repair and SY I would repair 3 destroyed components on ship, with 100% 5 components).This would imply that every event or facility that increases happinness would have it's effect multiplied by happines percent, or in case of decrease divided by happiness percent.
Or maybe it increases angriness by 100%-happiness every turn.
