Default How can a Planet have no Mood?

Using the Tessellates and FQM 1.18, One of my planets has no mood. Not rioting, noting it on the line where mood should be.
Thaks. I already know I'm going to be embarrased so don't spare me.

Did you land a colony without any people? Are they emotionless?
Otherwise, I'd suggest redoing the turn.

If that dosen't help, something really wierd is going on!

Interesting how he noticed the mood thing before the no production thing... he must really care about their mood! Maybe a warning message in the message log about it would be very helpful

The two will hover, spinning inches above the ground. With a giant buttered cat array, a high-speed monorail could easily link New York with Chicago.

Or just raise starting colony pop to 1... then, all colonies get 1 pop by default, plus what is in the cargo.

And by the way, Emotionless races do have a mood. I think it is Happy permanently. Or is it Indifferent? I forget which.

....whatever you start with (if you have a racial +10, all planets would be +10) and/or whatever you conquer (rebelling planet conquered would remain so -- buggy intel)

That wasn't fixed? I thought it was in the Last patch...

I noticed the mood because I had no shortage of resources but almost all of my planets were Indifferent. When I sorted my planets by Mood in Under General the one with no mood was at the top.
I’m blaming the whole thing on the Cabernet Sauvignon. Let this be a lesson to everyone.
Don’t drink and play SEIV.
Always get a designated player.
