Repair: Seeking help with system restoration

Dear fellow gamers,

though I bought both SP games last year already, this is my first post here. I believed that my account here was lost, after I experienced difficulties during the registration process back then.
But it still works, that's great.

Unfortunately I had a malware infection on my computer recently and now I want to make sure the files are clean.
Can someone please send me checksums (sha256 or stronger) for the unzipped game installers?
The disk with my backups is giving me reading errors, because of bad blocks, I guess.

Any help appreciated!
