is there a way to eliminate turn limits on missions?

I've been playing 048-Seela’s Pioneers, 8/43 Germany vs Soviet Union and constantly run out of time as I spend most of my time assaulting the first town. Is there a way to modify or turn off the turn limit for this and other scenarios so we can play at our leisure?
