A quick look at Japanese bunkers. see
https://www.lonesentry.com/articles/...and/index.html
According to this link Japansese HMG bunkers (7.7mm) came in two varieties single and double HMG and contained no other weapons except possibly rifles/grenades. The double HMG bunker variety has the two HMGs firing on different arcs (~180 degrees) and may have held 13.2mm weapons.
The site lists three gun type bunkers, containing gun Types 94, 92 and 41.
Type 94 37mm AT gun. This appears in game bunker unit 509 but has had its AP shells removed. Also probably finish date of 12/43 should be extended to the end of the war. It might be good to give this weapon when in the bunker some AP ammunition.
Type 92 70mm battalion gun, game bunker units 96, 263 and 266 but only has its AP and HEAT ammunition in bunker 96. The start start dates of 1/43, 1/44 and 1/44 maybe should be earlier as the gun was available from 1932. According to Leland Ness's book Rikugun
HEAT rounds for the Type 41 Mountain gun and Type 92 battalion gun became available in May 1943.
Type 41 75mm mountain gun, which in the game doesn't have its HEAT ammunition and doesnt appear in a bunker at all. Game uses 75mm Type 38 FH, unit 62 and 75mm Type 90 Gn, unit 97 in bunkers instead. 75mm Type 90 Gn was issued in 1930 and the bunker has a start date of 1/44.
In the game bunkered 75mm Type 38 FH fires HE and Sabot while in reality 75mm Type 41 Fires HE, AP and HEAT and so would be more usefull in a bunker. Type 41 doesnt have its HEAT shell in the Game.
The game also has 47mm Type 1 AT gun, unit 66 in a bunker but should have just the gun no MGs, but maybe rifle or LMG. Can't find any evidence of this gun or type 90 being mounted in bunkers.
As with the Germans, Japanese Field guns and AT guns are as far as I can find always emplaced in their own dedicated bunker. Gordon Rottman in Japanese Pacific Island Defence illustrates a 37mm AT gun bunker with a LMG embrasure in the rear firing in the opposite direction to the AT gun. This could of course fire forward with the AT gun though their might not be enough crew to achieve this. He also mentions that all AA weapons below 40mm had AP shells, and says a 75mm Model 41 regimental gun had 200 ready rounds in its bunker, and a 37mm AT gun bunker issued about 100 rounds.
Japanese bunkers were designed for a single primary weapon, and conformed to the standard principle of a dedicated embrasure for each weapon carried. If there is more than one embrasure then they cover different arcs, so not the same as in the game with 4 weapons all firing in the same direction. They were also small, there was only enough crew to fire the primary weapon, and possiblly one, or at most two ancillary weapons. So I suggest Japanese bunkers get reconfigured to just have the Primary weapon, a Gun, HMG or LMG then just like in the Japanese gun emplacements a single rifle can be added to show that a rifle could be poked out through the embrasure by another crew member, and its allways possible to throw out a grenade. Ive yet to find any evidence of grenade lauchers or 70mm mortars were used from a bunker, like in units 065/265.
The Japanese also had a portable steel pillbox with 2 HMGs these had double .25 inch steel walls with 1 foot of sand inbetween. The HMGs fired on two seperate arcs.
The game could add the missing but very common single 7.7mm AA and single or twin 13.2mm AA guns as gun emplacements. The later already available in the Italian OOB as unit 295 Art Marittima.
According to many sources including Japanese infantry weapons by Ray Merriam unit 55 "20mm T98 AA-Gun" is a dual purpose AA/AT gun so should probably get half AT shells in its loadout and be available in a gun emplacement.
Units 487 and 488 type 95 and type 97 entrenched tanks should probably have earlier introduction dates there were 14 entrenched unit 487s on Tarawa (Nov 43). Currently start date for these is 1/44
Japanese shelter bunkers are usually built to hold 12 men but can also be built to hold 'large groups' of men, but these are usualy well in the rear.

Japanese gun emplacements
Heres a quick summary, 8" Naval gun fort missing its AP; 5" fortress doesnt exist; 120mm, 5" and 3" gun emplacements AP penetration values unverifyable; 150mm and 140mm gun emplacements have the same ammunition type as the 120mm, 5" and 3" gun emplacements but dont get an AP penetration value.

Japanese Naval guns below 15.5cm calibre are sometimes listed as not having AP ammunition. But they do have the Naval 'Common' shell (Also known as 'HE capped') this is a HE shell with a thicker deeper nose, these shells operate as dual purpose AP HE, or possibly as APHE. Handbook of Japanese Explosive Ordnance from the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations shows that guns in the calibres of 76.2, (called 80cm), 12cm , 14cm and 15cm all have Common shells, (the later 3 base fused) as well as normal HE . Calibres 10cm and maybe 12.7cm have just the normal HE. Common shells are designed to penetrate Cruiser ships or the thinner armour at the ends of Battleships. A Cruiser of the time of development of these shells would have about 1-2 inches of armour so a penetration of 5 or 6 may be sensible for a Common shell type, but probably at a long range.
I can't find penetration values for these Common type shells or for any guns that fire them. The game has given Weapon 200, 127mm penetration of 22; Weapon 187, 120mm penetration of 20 and Weapon 189, 76mm a penetration of 12. Weapon 103 140mm and Weapon 201 150mm which also fired Common shells don't get an AP value.
The game penetration value for these guns might be suspect because of this
http://www.navweaps.com/Weapons/WNJAP_5-40_t89.php
For the 127mm gun It says the penetration value of 25cm should actually be 2.5cm apparenty it got 25 because of a 'typo'. In any case this penetration is for the antisubmarine round which probably wasnt issued to the shore batteries.
http://www.navweaps.com/Weapons/WNJAP_3-40_3ns.php
For the 76mm gun It says the penetration value of 11.5cm should actually be 1.1cm because of a 'typo' and this is for the antisubmarine round which probably wasnt issued to the shore batteries.
http://www.navweaps.com/Weapons/WNJA....php#ammonote3
For the 120mm gun it only mentions the existence of the ASW shell but not its penetration value.
So I think it is possible that the game penetration values are actually the (erronous) ASW penetrations not the (unknown) penetration values of the common shells. The introduction date of the 127mm gun emplacement coincides with the issue date of the ASW shell. Actually installation of all 3 of these guns began at the latest in early 1941.

Weapon 200 127mm DP Gun
183 5in Hvy DP Empl Class 254 03/043 to 12/046
Picture is of type 89. Sources vary as to whether the HE projectile was Normal or Common type.
Emplacements Powered and always emplaced with a large rangefinder. Gun appears in a single mount also. Introduced early 1941.

Unit 181 120mm Gun Empl. Picture is of a 75mm type 88 gun.
Japanese have 5 shore mounted guns in this calibre, But I think this is meant to be the type 10 the only one listed as DP. None of the 120mm guns have an AP shell only Common shells. This gun is always emplaced in combination with a 1.5-2m rangefinder emplaced some 20m-30m away. Mount is power operated.
Weapon 189 Type 10 3in DP Correct designation is actually Type 3.
195 3in Gun Empl Class 254 01/030 to 12/046
241 Ch-13 class PT uClass 199 01/041 to 12/046
Fired Normal HE and a Common shell. Common shell designated Special Common or AP by the Japanese.

At Tarawa (Nov 43) there were 8 75mm type 88 gun emplacements (unit 482) the game has a start date for these as 1/45. WIki has there service start date as 1927. Can probably be emplaced from 1927 also.

Unit 434 140mm Gun Empl Class 254 01/030 to 12/046 comes with a Common shell. should get an AP value. Can have a cruiser type shield about 1 or 2" thick.

Weapon 104 150mm Type89 FG has APHE according to Japanese field artillery from the United States war department.
435 150mm Gun Empl Class 254 01/030 to 12/046
The penetration numbers for unit 435's APHE shell would be better than those for weapon 079 150mm Type 96 Howitzer (124mm at 250 yds) as barrel length, MV and shell weight are all larger.

Weapon 201 150mm Coast Gun
182 150mm Gun Empl Class 254 01/043 to 12/046
Of the 5 150mm Japanese coastal guns this one appears to be the 15cm L40 Navy gun.
Rikugun comments that the Mk.4 common shell fired by this gun was close in penetrative power to a "proper" APHE though goes on to doubt if the particular models of the 150mm guns that could fire the Mk 4 common were used in shore emplacements. So they probably fired an earlier Mark of less penetrative Common shell. He mentions that coastal guns in the 150mm calibre could be mounted in caves, can have shields or be in concrete casements.
Rikugun says 32 150mm L40's were shipped out to Saipan, Palau, Truk and Ponape in 1938, but were mounted later so start date should probably be early 41 instead of 1/43.
The Japanese 150mm L45 isnt in the game but was also used in shore emplacements and actually had an AP shell.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/15_cm/45_41st_Year_Type
Depending on wether the gun if from a Cruiser or Battleship the sheild can be 2 to 10cm thick.

Japanese 3" and 5" gun emplacements have Fire Control and Range Finder values of 2 and 2 USMC 3" and 5" gun emplacements have Fire Control and Range Finder values of 4 and 5. The Japanese units 482, 75mm Emplacement; 195, 3" DP; 181, 120 DP and 183, 5" DP all come with a dedicated Fire Control director All the Japanese DP and coastal guns in the game had a range finder in attendance. Considering this I think they should have better FC and RF values. In Jan-Jul 43 they began to produce Fire control radars.

Weapon 181 8in Coastal Gun
063 Naval Gun Fort 01/039 to 12/046
Picture is something German. These calibre guns were mounted in turrets or with just a sheild, not casements, Turret frontal armour about 50-75mm thick and side armour of 25mm the rear was sometimes open. These guns were in powered mounts and were used in conjunction with a 3 or 4.5m range finder (1 per battery)

Weapon 186 5in Coastal Gun picture is of a single mounted 8" gun on Betio Island, Tarawa.
098 Fortress Class 254 01/045 to 12/046
Unit 098 doesn't appear to exist. It looks as though it is meant to be a pair of 5" Type 3 DP guns in a destroyer turret mounted on land. There is no evidence this happened. In any case Japanese Coastal guns were 4.7 inch not 5". 5" guns were DP and only ever shore mounted as in unit 183. From Rikugun A suitable replacement for unit 098 might be the 40mm gun turret with 30cm thick front and sides and a 10cm roof. Or the 30cm gun turret with 20-25mm thick front and sides and roof 5cm. Also there are the 25cm guns turrets with 8-15cm front and side armour and 20 cm gun turrets with 5-10cm front and sides both types have a 2cm thick roof with an added, 15cm layer of concrete and 30 cm layer of earth. All four calibres come are in pairs. All have an associated range finder. Rikugun doesn't say how thick these guns rear panels were. These are all emplaced in the Home Islands. Calibres 20cm, 36cm and 40cm have AP but 25cm only Common.
The best replacement might be the 15.5cm gun Type 3. 5 at Okinawa, 3 at Truk with 3.5m rangefinders, all in single mounts, mounts covered at Okinawa. penetration was
5km = 194mm
15km= 100mm
20km= 75mm

I would suggest that a direct hit from any of these emplaced guns HE shells (75mm upwards) on a landing craft would sink it, currently there is often only *s.

Weapon 246 25mm (2) T96 AA
031 25mm Twin AA Class 008 01/037 to 12/046
These were not used as a ground mount until late 42 they were immobile, needing to have the pedestal buried in the ground so speed should be 0 not 1. Illustration might want to lose the 4 legs.
480 2x25mm Gun Empl Class 254 01/041 to 12/046
Not emplaced until late 42.

Weapon 232 25mm (3) T96 AA
167 25mm Triple AA Class 008 01/042 to 12/046
These were not used as a ground mount until late 42 they were immobile, needing to have the pedestal buried in the ground. Illustration might want to lose the 4 legs.
481 3x25mm Gun Empl Class 254 01/041 to 12/046
Not emplaced until late 42.

Weapon 210 25mm Type96 AA (Model 6 or 8)
Single barrel ground mount available from May 43 had wheels and a tripod, quite light for the calibre. Would make a good addition to the game.

These weapons could be added to the Japanese OOB

From http://www.navweaps.com/Weapons/WNJAP_40mm-62_HI.php
A 40 mm/62 (1.575") "HI" Type 91, came on single and twin mounts would have been reasonably common as replaced on ships by 25mm AA guns in the late 30s, has to be emplaced in a gun pit. Has a Common shell. In the British OOB the gun has an AP penetration of 2.

Appearing in emplacements from 1944 onwards were two short barreled guns in 120mm and 200mm fired HE to ranges of 5300 and 6350. They appeared on the Bonins and Ryukyus Islands.

Apparently obsolete 57mm tank guns could also appear in gun emplacements.

Both Japanese and USMC OOBs formation categories contain the units "naval guns" including ship named units (cruiser etc) with heavily discounted guns as have been removed elsewhere.
There is a lot of information here

Italian
Units 378 and 380 Fortino Alpino's seem a little odd as using the flamethrower immediately blocks the bunkers view. Maybe flame weapons should not automaticaly block vision through a hex?
From
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alpine_Wall
Some of the Italian fortifications included
Machine gun, Fiat 35 in casemate or metal turret
Machine gun, Breda 30 and Breda M37, for defense of entries to the fortifications
Gun 57/43 RM mod. 887 on naval mounts
Gun 75/43, ball mount in 10 cm steel slab
Gun 47/32
Mortar 81mm mod. 35
Flamethrower

Ive heard that the Greeks had a 37mm AA turret fortification in their Metaxis line

Maginot line has a 50mm and 81mm mortar emplaced underground same as the Germans, as well as some mounting to direct fire as it can in the game, unit 60.
Otherwise Maginot line fortifications are easily found on the Web.

Finland
Unit 302 has the 37mm gun The OOB could include the same turret but with the MG instead. see
https://www.flamesofwar.com/hobby.aspx?art_id=4449
Also you could add a unit same as unit 302, but turret armour values of 4 all round not 2,2,2,1 And should have a start date some time maybe a lot of time after feb 42. see
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hotchkiss_H35
Eastern front in the Germany section.
The BT-5 and BT-7 turrets installed by the Finns in June 44 are missing in the game see the book Tank Turret Fortifications by neil short online review.
