British Light Protected Mobility Infantry

Just reading about these new battalions. There are to be 7 of them.

Looking at this structure and then looking at the Foxhounds carrying capability. Does this mean that a section will now be 4 men rather than 8?
Or can the Foxhound really carry 8?

Anyone in the know have more on this?
