40mm GLs

Does anyone know ( know..... not guess, I can guess ) what a "typical" ammo loadout would be for under gun integrated 40mm GL's ?

I need to know roughly what the typical HE/ HEAT carried ammo ratio would be where HEAT rounds are available and it would be more helpful to hear from someone who may have actually used one.
