Baptism of the Black Brigade

There seems to be an error in that the FO (B0) cannot assign arty ever in the campaign.

I guess one could sell it off for one that can it's just a bit aggravating for an otherwise very good campaign

Also,, should some units be already set at "filtered fire" on deploy, as in the first battle? ,this should be the decision of who is deploying, i would think.
