Build Queue Storage

I've not found where the build queues are saved when using the Fill Build Queue option in the Planetary Construction window.

It would be nice to prepare these ahead of time in an external file since they tend to get lost when you start a new game.

I'd love to be able to do that with Designs as well because sometimes (especially if you push the wrong button [

]) they get lost as well.
