You sniped a province of Mictlan's that was rightfully mine since i did all the work killing Mictlan. I took it back. You then proceeded to start this war.

Alternately, you taking that province of Mictlan's was you declaring war on me.

So take your pick. But certainly don't believe that sniping provinces from someone who someone else has spent their resources to kill without even talking to that person is anything less than a war declaration unless those provinces are returned post haste.

And if you think you're going to 'finish' this war, you're sadly mistaken.
