Continuing in the Daily Generation series, the Partial_anos map is a version of the Parganos.map that came with the game.
For those who feel that a No Independents map helps the AI play better, and cuts micromanagement in late game. But maybe they dont want the map to be completely empty of recruitable independents.
Every day my server will run a script that will create a new version of Partial_anos wiping out the recruitable indepts in provinces, but skipping about 1 in every 10. The provinces that can have independents do not get any assigned. So every time you play the map it might put different indepts in that province. But the provinces that get indepts would be the same.
So when you play it enough times to start knowing where the indepts are going to be, then just download a new one from the server. It will be a new generation every day.
