Wow, that was a monumental n00b screw-up on my part. All I can say in my defense is that, in Water War, I had a periodically-renewed "no attacks for X months NAP" that another player proposed, so I took that for the norm.
As reparations, I offer the two provinces Yomi has taken in the past two turns. It's not as if I've inflicted much damage on you: I though my 1/2 darkvision Rain Warrior cap-only sacreds would be effective against Oni, but your Ao-Oni mopped them up. And, as you know, when my Pretender attemped to assasinate your Ghost General, my Pretender died.
If you decide to press your advantage, that's OK: by the way I understood the treaty, you have every right. If you want peace, I feel I have to offer it, as it seems the mistake was mine (sorry Bwaha...)
