Help, mod not working...

I just wanted to create a uber pretender for fun, but I can't even get that to work...

how exactly do I make a .DM file?

I used notepad and just saved us a .DM.

Is that what the problem is?

PS: attached is my lame mod, if someone could look at it and tell me what is wrong...
