Missing Manual In Download Version

Hi guys - great game. Played a lot of WW2 games in my time and this is a real joy to play but where is the manual? I bought the download version and there is no manual included!

Also, maybe it is because I don't have the manual but the 3 scenarios mentioned - where are they? I start the game and there is no option to select any other scenarios.
