Can\'t install SE4G on Win2000 pro laptop...

Just that ...

As soon as setup launches I get a "corrupt installation" stupid message and it quits !

I thought game worked on Win2000 ?
Can I work around this by copying the game files form my other PC (via a burned CD ..) ?

HEEEELP !! I have to go down a business trip next week, I need SE4 to function
