Yet another Star Trek Race Update

This time all of them. Take a look see

Mephisto caught something, and I did a complete check and most of the General TXT files had this error. Odd how something so small can cause so much problems

Additionally, the Klingon EMP files were not correct for the Klingon General.txt. That has been corrected.

I also changed the name of the TOS to the TMP. I had to do this to better identify the three federation races. Its explained in the above link.

The object here is too fix the problems when they are found in order to give you, the player, the best possible Star Trek set.
