Default Carthacia (EA Hoburgs)

It's been mentioned that there's demand for an EA Hoburg nation - I had one lying around so here it is. Carthacia is a germano-punic nation with lots of stuff that I just made up.
The various firstborn units have incorrect powers and weapons (since I #copystats off of the summer lion to get them the summer bonus), but I'll fix that in a future domversion if people like the nation.
I updated it to 3.08 very quickly and cannot guarantee I didn't make a mistake.
The attachment includes only the EA Carthacia mod. This is version 0.0, it is intended to be balanced for Vanilla but it probably isn't.

The eventual Carthacia "arc" will be:
Carthacia, Age of Exploration - Seen here, but I want to revise it heavily.

Carthacia, Cursed Soil - All of your units are hoburgs, and also old, because Ermor cursed you. You cannot recruit non-blood mages (and even your blood mages are low-frequency randoms), you must summon them with gems.

When and if I can add spells that make units-other-than-the-caster younger, I will finish this nation.

Carthacia, Forges of Molech - I'm working on this now, I posted a short story about it in another thread. You get powerful earth/blood/astral mages, and you can recruit clockwork units in all of your fortresses for 0 gold (but they cost resources,) and you have a production bonus.
