Russian OOB - RPO-A Shmel

I welcome you.

Weapon RPO Shmel.

Why at this weapon size WARHEAD such small is specified?
Real diameter 93mm, and kill excellent... WARHEAD should be not less than 5-6 and if to consider that a charge at RPO-A - thermobaric probably WARHEAD should be even more.
