New empire

I posted a new Empire (http://www.shrapnelcommunity.com/thr...b=5&o=&fpart=1)

It is very basic so far (based off of Terrans). They should not accept any No Research treaties though. I haven't had a chance to actually test that, so please let me know if it works out. I also changed their build order some. Right now its really just a template to use for further changes.
