I've got a 100% game crash possibility all the time I turn the SOUND FX on.
The funniest thing is that I've read the topics such as XP SOUND PROBLEMS and so on, but is there any possibility to fix it without touching the CODECS?
Somewhere on this forum I've seen something about converting the original game MP3 files into AVI.
Maybe this could help?
